About the Role:
As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment which requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending,
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts
- Acts as manager on duty and open and closes the restaurant
- Enforces Off The Hook polices and standards
- Provide exemplary guest service
- Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed
- Always ensure cleanliness of restaurant during the shift
Requirements for Success:
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license
